Program Details
Our Debt Settlement Program is actually quite simple. The current level of unsecured debt will be skillfully negotiated for your client, and essentially they will end up paying a fraction of the debt owed. Generally, we reduce our client’s debt by 40-60% of the current total. We will set up an affordable monthly payment budget, which is determined on a case-by-case basis between the client and a Senior Debt Consultant at Axiom Financial Solutions. Based upon what the client is able to pay each month into the 3rd Party Settlement Account we establish for him/her, we can determine how many months they will be part of the program, and ultimately be debt free.
Once a client has retained our services, Axiom Financial Solutions will commence the Service. Axiom Financial Solutions will advise Client of all good faith offers made by creditors and debt collectors, and of their acceptance of any offers made by Axiom Financial Solutions. We will not settle any account without any approval of Client, who has absolute discretion to accept or reject any settlement offer. We can only settle a debt once the full funds are available in Client’s settlement account.
Once a creditor has accepted the payment in full, the client is free of that debt forever. Axiom Financial Solutions will diligently continue to work on negotiating the remaining debts owed by the client, until they are finally free from the once overwhelming debt that they started our program with.
